What AnswerPlug does
AnswerPlug finds public Reddit threads where your customers are asking for help, drafts answers that mention your product where it genuinely fits, and, once you approve them, has a person on our posting team put them up from an established Reddit account. Nothing is transmitted automatically. You decide what goes up. Nothing is posted for a project that has not finished setup, and nothing is posted that you have not approved, either directly or through the auto-approve window you chose yourself.
What you are responsible for
You are responsible for the answers posted under your project, the same way you would be for anything written from your own account.
- The facts you put on your project's fact list are the facts answers may state. Keep them true.
- Reddit's own rules and each subreddit's rules apply to every answer. Repeated self promotion gets accounts banned, which is why the product posts a small number of genuinely helpful answers rather than as many as it can.
- You may not use AnswerPlug for anything unlawful, deceptive, or for a product you do not represent.
Money
Adding a card grants a one time credit and charges nothing up front. After that, each answer we post costs a fixed amount, taken from your balance the moment it goes live. If your balance falls below zero, the card on file may be charged automatically for the outstanding amount, up to your account's usage limit, without a separate top up. Every charge appears on your dashboard. An answer we post that is removed before we can verify it is refunded to your balance, so what you pay for is comments that are actually live.
Your daily budget is a hard ceiling on what may be spent in a day. Setting it to zero pauses posting entirely. Unused credit is not transferable and is refundable at our discretion.
Ending it
You can stop at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend an account that is being used to break Reddit's rules or these terms. Answers already posted stay posted; they are public comments and are not ours to take back.
